Now that I am retired, woodworking is strictly for pleasure! My years owning sail boats, ocean cruising and later as an organic farmer, taught me to turn my hand to all sorts of things. I live in a 200 year old cottage in Snowdonia, N Wales and there is always something in need of repair or replacement. I was lucky enough to equip my workshop with a good selection of power tools which are just great, but when the pressure is off, I love working with my collection of vintage hand tools!
