For all 10MW Plus members
In this one it’s my pleasure to formally launch the next 10MinuteWorkshop product, the Router MultiJig. The jig covers seven broad use cases; there are three types of handle cut-outs, four sizes of bar handle fixings positions, there’s a run of five holes on 32mm centres eg for shelf-pins, concealed hinge and hinge plate marking positions, there are offset dog hole extension holes for a traditional 96mm grid MFT top, there are inline dog hole extension for alternative 128mm grid MFT tops, and there are corner radii that’ll give you four different corner sizes.

Just received my multi jig today and its great peter, well done. So glad you rounded the corners, its what finally sold it to me. No longer do i have to use coffee cups and tins of beans to create a radius.
But just one thing, like you mentioned in midweek 178 a drill adaptor would come in really handy for a builder like me. Not only for the MFT holes but also the bar handle and shelf pin holes, as a lot of that work on site would be done vertically.
Peter, I have really enjoyed following your development and the final fruition of this project. The ups and downs and light bulb moments. I hope this really achieves the success your hard work deserves.
Very good video in terms of messaging and the capabilities in one jig v buying all the other jigs to do the same jobs and the costing
The interest taken by Trend continues. A Parf style deal would benefit both parties......
The use of a drill bit with a lead screw solved the 'wobble' problem, in midweek 176, with hole cutting at 20mm - I wonder is Rene Tools could fabricate a router bit with a lead screw - a positioning rod section is used by UJK/Parf but needs a pilot hole - a lead screw would not need one.
When I have a use for one I'll be getting a multijig but it'll have to wait until after the Metabo benches fade form "She who must be obeyed's" memory😉
A nice bit of kit and following the design process and methodology was a real plus -…
