Festool T-bar

Hey everyone; this is a diagram of the Festool rail hinge t-bar, or at least as close as I can get it. It's the part on the hinge that needs to fit into the slot in the extrusion. It's square, which is a pain in the neck, and the gaps that the short arms of the 'C' profile need to fit into are 3mm - much thinner than most off-the-shelf extrusions, which means a lot of work for anyone trying to make the Festool part fit. For clarity, I'm very happy using the Ikea curtain track - it's cheap, works really well, and seems plenty strong enough for the likely loads and stresses - but if folks want to pursue the perfect extrusion to fit the imperfect Festool part, then here's what you're shooting for!
