Hi everyone. As I mentioned at the weekend, the previous review videos were getting a bit long so I've split this years into 3, starting with a talk-through of the public-facing videos I put out last year to see what worked, where it all went wrong, and what tried to do about it.
Part 2 covers more of the channel analytics eg the most viewed videos from last year, and also the state of the channel finances; that should be out in a couple of days.
And Part 3 will be about future plans, where I'd like to be at the end of the year, how we might get there, and what happens next to head us in that direction. I'm aiming for Sunday for that one, and that'll get us back on the Sunday schedule.

Hi Peter, I found you by accident during the middle of last year and haven't looked back since - i bought your MFT bench plans and built it and have even bought a few products you have recogmended - which have helped to improve my amateur DIY. i enjoy looking at your back catalogue of videos etc and also now getting to grips with using the graphic software. look forward to seeing more of your output in 2023.
