Late update; I’ve been told that the Netherlands have agreed that the PPWR won’t kick in until the ERP generates 50,000Kg of waste per annum. My maths isn’t great, but I’m pretty sure my ~1.6Kg of packaging waste generated last year across the whole of the EU is less than that? 🤔 It’s a start, at least!
